Recently, the high-pressure reciprocating pump for 160MN hydraulic press of Erzhong passed the acceptance and was put into operation successfully.

近日，重泵公司中标的二重160MN水压机用的高压离心泵替代高压往复泵改造项目，顺利通过二重各相关部门验收，并成功投入运行。

Usually HP reciprocating pump system is used for transferring emulsion for forging hydraulic press. But it has the disadvantage of high noise, large floor area occupation, frequent replacement of spare parts and large amount of maintenance. Combined with years of experience of centrifugal pump descaling system in metallurgical industry, CQPI carried out the system transformation, replacing reciprocating pump with centrifugal pump for the project. The installation and commissioning passed customer’s acceptance at one time. Customers highly praised the design and commissioning and other aspects of CQPI.
