Delivery of CNOOC Super HP Water Injection Pump

Recently, 3 sets of BB3 series super high pressure oil field water injection pump designed and manufactured by CQPI have been delivered successfully. The pump model is ZDP150-185, with the discharge pressure of 17.5MPa and the maximum allowable working pressure of 20.5MPa, which is far exceeding the 10 MPa specified in API standard.

    近日，重泵公司自主设计、制造的3台BB3系列超高压油田注水泵成功交付，泵型为ZDP150-185，排出压力17.5MPa, 最大允许工作压力为20.5MPa，远超API标准规定的10 MPa。

The pumps have been certified by China Classification Society and can operate normally under Marine environmental conditions. Under the same operating parameters, this type of pump has the advantages of small volume and pulsation, more convenient maintenance and low maintenance cost compared with reciprocating pump in oil field, and it is one of the best choices for water injection pump in sea and land oil filed and long-distance oil transfer pump.

该产品获得船级社检验证书，能在海洋环境条件下正常运行。在同样的运行参数下，该泵型较油田往复泵有体积小，脉动小，检修方便，维修成本低等优点，为海陆油田注水泵及远距离输油泵的最佳选择之一。
